The KT2027 QuickCat RCRA/DOT Classification Kit is an easy to use field hazard identification system for analyzing solid and liquid chemical unknowns. 3-9 tests is all you need to accurately classify unknown substances under both EPA-RCRA hazardous waste categories (Ignitibility, Toxicity, Reactivity and Corrosivity) and DOT transportation hazard classes (Flammable Liquid, Flammable Solid, Dangerous when Wet, Oxidizer, Corrosive, Explosive, Spontaneously Combustible, Poison). If a waste falls under more than one category the kit will identify that as well.
